The Wild Farm Backpackers, Wilderness, South Africa

The Wild Farm Backpackers is situated on a old farm with magnificent 360 degree views of the Indian Ocean, the Garden Route Lakes and the Outeniqua Mountains. It is a mere 5km from the Wilderness Village shops, pubs and restuarants. The Wilderness area boasts a staggering amount of activities that can be enjoyed by everyone from the adventure junkie to the chilled out hiker.

The Wild Farm Backpakcers is situated on an old farm with the Afrikaans name 'Uitisg'. This name was given duly and translated into English it means 'The View'. There are a vareity of vegatables that can be picked and enjoyed in season from the land. There are three horses and a number of cattle grazing in the fields nearby. We also have three very friendly dogs on the farm yard.

This is the view of the Garden Route Lakes to the east and if you are a early bird you can view amazing sunrises here. Come join the Wild Farm for mellow vibes and loads of adventures in the area. We can book all the activities from our reception and adventure center. If you don't have transport don't worry; take the BazBus and we will pick you up from Wilderness. We also offer a daily shuttle service to the Wilderness Village and beaches.
