The guesthouse is quite near to the subway and also bus station. Everything is quite in order except that the toilet is not in real good condition. Was there during winter season and had the trouble to change room because of malfunction heating system. The heating system is also not very good. Other than that, overall is averagely satisfactory...

It appeared much better than expected.
Room was like in 3* hotels, except for the shared bathroom .
However, ONLY ONCE did I meet somebody there, and I NEVER had to wait for a shower or for anything else.

The manager was VERY friendly, helped me with any matters at any time, and it was very pleasant to talk with her. She speaks very good English, which is rare in Korea. Other staff speaks English, too.

Located maybe 300 meters away from a subway station and from a nightlife/entertainment area. Yet, the place itself is VERY quiet. They have a convenience store and an ATM maybe 100 meters away.
10 minutes on foot from palaces, banks (maybe there are some banks even closer).
