The people are incredibly nice (I love Mary!). They cleaned the area every day, and even made muffins for breakfast each morning. The location is great- right outside the subway. I would highly recommend the guesthouse to everyone.

Welcome to our guesthouse.
Warm, cozy accomding by Mary and her friendly, good speaking staffs.
- The room is clean, very very :) spacious, each room has a computer to use, and a high quality shower/bathroom
with high-pressure shower and 24-hour hot water.
-Free breakfast ( toasts, jelly jams, coffee, orange juice, etc)
- Chinese visa (a small face photo, passport ) for foreigners as we run a travel agency
- fly tickets, ferry to China, fly to Jeju Island tickets, just ask us :)
- Korean traditional performance reservation service with some discount rate.
- also and for DMZ &JSA reservation service too.

- Family room : hotel style room, one queen size bed and two single beds in the room, also a shower, a toilet, a computer, a freezer in the room with nice view
- 6 beds room : high ceiling spacious room 6 beds in the room, 6 single bunk beds also a shower, a toilet, a computer in the room. ( inside room- two story-unstairs, downstairs )
- 8 beds room : high ceiling spacious room 8 beds in the room, 8 single bunk beds also a shower, a toilet, a computer in the room.

This guesthouse is located just top of Hongdae (Hongik University station, Line 2 -it goes through the heart of Seoul) - connected to the station by elevator. Numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and shops are just a minute's walk away in this artistic, cultural, lively and happening district.

Our guest house is a modern apartment style.(it means clean and convience and high skyrise=ceiling) best location.!~
With only 6 or 8 beds, it is comfortable with spacious living area. wireless internet in the room !! for free !

The room is composed of 2 floors providing a high ceiling enhancing the spaciousness.
Opened in January, 2007, you will find the room, bedclothes and furnitures, new and well furnished.
Linen is always washed daily, providing clients with neat and fresh feeling.
Wide bathroom(a shower and a toilet), kitchen, and PC housed within the room provides maximum convenience and comfort.
The wooden floors provide comfortable humidity control.

Although there are 8 beds, the top and bottom floors can accommodate added guests (up to 10 persons).
(50% discount will be given to additional guests, if in a single group).

Because the building has direct acces to subway 2 line (Hongdae station= hongik uni. station exit one) you can access the subway by directly descending to the elevator and right into the subway station.
You may cook simple meals as well, if you have brought your own food.

How to get to Hongdae Guesthouse in Seoul, Korea
From Incheon Airport:
- Exit door # 5 or # 12 on the first floor of the airport building and outside to the right there is the sign ' 5B ' or ' 12A '.
- Get Airport Limousine bus# 6002 (You can buy a ticket in the airport at the desk beside exits 4 and 11)
and it will take about 40~ 50mins (depends on the traffic).
- The first stop is 'Hapjeong' , and then ring the bell there to alert the driver to be know you will get off Hotel Seokyo and the second stop is 'Hotel Seokyo '.
- Get off at ' Hotel Seokyo'. The guesthouse building is clearly visible from the bus stop, diagonally across the street.
- From Hotel Seokyo, cross the street to Family Mart (and SC bank) convenience store and turn right.
- Walk and cross the street to 'chung-ki-wa gasstation '( = 'SK gas station'='joo yoo so') - it has a green roof.
- Walk forward to Hongik Unversity Subway Station, exit one.
- Just past this, is the Paradisetel building (from the gas station, it's the fourth building on the main road).
- DUNKIN DONUTS is on the lobby floor, the door is to the left.
- Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and come to room 308 - CNAtour.
From Seoul train station:
- Take subway line 1 (direction Soyosan) to City Hall station (it's only one stop away).
- Change to subway line 2 (direction Hapjeong) and get off at Hongik (it's 5 stops away).
- In Hongik station, go towards exit 1 and there are 2 stairways there. One of them is exit 1 onto the street (follow directions above to find the guesthouse building from the street) and the other leads to a lift directly to the Paradisetel building where the guesthouse is located; 3rd floor, room 308 - CNAtour
