We offer clean and comfortable accommodation at affordable rates! There is travel information at the office. We provide transportation office location, youth hostels or other guesthouse booking, parking, reservation of performances, musical, famous filming location tour, and The Bukhansan national park hiking and so on. If you have any questions about travel, please ask us at our office and we will be happy to help you.

Our Guesthouse is located in the centre of the downtown area with famous universities such as Hongik, Yonse, Ihwa. This university zone full of pubs, restaurants, bars, clubs are now the very famous among youngsters and many Seoulites. You can easily go to the famous Gyoungbokgung Palace, Insadong, Dongdaemun or Namdaemun market and Chonggechen stream by subway or bus. It takes only 15 min on subway. Kims guesthouse is near the Hangang City Park where you can enjoy a Han river cruise boat and lots of sports events such as tennis, inline skating, running etc. And you can feel common Korean life style nearby old market where the cheapest goods are purchased easily. For some religious persons, Matyre's museum near our house is a good choice. The subway station is only 12 minutes by foot, and public facilities such as banks, International post office, and supermarkets are very near.

As experienced backpackers house, we know how to match our service to your needs, by providing you supplementary services such as organising tour to the Suwon fortress and folk village and planning visits to watch Seoul performances and Korean traditional dances. Moreover, for those interested in traditional life style, we can introduce some Korean family home.

Our principle is to help you to save every cent in your trip, and so, self prepared breakfast, fresh coffee & tea, laundry, 24 hour internet, 24 hour hot shower etc. are included in the room price. Drying machine and iron board are also prepared.

A good command of English, Japanese, and a little bit French is available.

From Inchen International Airport, take an Airport bus No. 6002 at gate 5B (or 12A) and then get off at Hapjeong Station (about 40min. the first stop) Get off at Airport bus stop near Hapjeong station Exit #8, the closest exit to Kims' Guesthouse. There are SK gas station (the first one) near Exit#8 of Hapjeong station. Follow the big road toward Hangang (river) direction. Then, you can see SK gas station (the second one), and Namkyongjang (Hotel) in order along the road on your right Turn right at Namkyongjang (Hotel) and keep walking about 30m to the first stop light(blue and red). Then, turn left to the road with "KWE" and then turn right with "GS25"on the main road and then follow the main road another 150m (pass by "Time store" in the middle of the road) you must follow the road until you see “Family Mart" on the left. Then, take a left road and find a house with a wooden gate top and the sign "Kims' Guest House” If you cannot find our place, you can catch a taxi and ask the driver to call at 02-337-9894. All Korean taxi drivers have the mobile phone so we can explain them on how to come here. But do not need to show the address to them because the address system in Korea is a mess for the location.
