That said, once you're inside you will probably love it. Its neat, not ultra packed and the staff are quite lovely. they have pleanty of english to get you by and will tell you what you need to know about seoul.
bring earplugs (rookie error on my behalf) and thongs for the bathroom as wet floors are all the rage in korea.

This place is close to Hongik University Station and Hongdae(?) area where there is a lot of young people, shops, places to go out etc.
Mr. Lee and Ni-na are very helpfull and we had a really nice stay there!

A gem of a guesthouse. We stayed for 4 nights while visiting friends in Seoul and couldn't recommend the place more. We were given a wondefully friendly service and all the help and information we needed about any aspect of Seoul.
It's well located, about 10 minutes walk from the nearest underground station and easy to find with the map provided.
If we ever return to Seoul we won't hesitate to stay here again. Fantastic!
