Beautiful restored finca set in a rural location but only 20 minutes from wonderful beaches.
The property is situated in the small village of Los Ventorrillos near Alhama de Murcia.
20 minutes from the province capital of Murcia. 50 minutes drive from Alicante airport or 40 minutes from San Javier airport. The rooms are all very spacious.The gardens have stunning mountain views.
There is a large private swimming pool with extensive sun terraces.
Full English breakfast is provided & evening meals are available on request.

Directions
From Alicante Airport
On leaving the airport follow signs for Murcia.
Stay on A7 E15 & keep following signs to Murcia.
As you approach Murcia (after exit 'Salida' 84) you must now follow signs for Almeria & Granada.
Follow signs for Almeria & Granada onto N340 E15.
Follow N340 E15 until exit (Salida) 638 signposted for Fuente Librilla & Librilla.
As you turn off the motorway the road takes you over a bridge & into Librilla town.
Drive through Librilla. In the centre of Librilla there is a set of traffic lights, go through the lights and a few
hundred yards later you come to a left hand turn sign posted for Mazarron Playas & Mu604 Casas Nuevas.
Turn left and drive out of Librilla past cemetery & over bridge until you come to Casas Nuevas.
At the cross roads turn right onto MU603 signposted for Mazarron.
After approx 2 kilometres you will pass a petrol garage on the left hand side of the road with
a restaurant called Los Rescoldas de Carrascoy nearly opposite the garage. Attached to the restaurant is a sandy coloured house then a field. The next house is Arco Iris. Turn into the second set of red gates.
From San Javier (Murcia) Airport
On leaving the airport turn right..
At the first roundabout carry straight on, following signs for Cartagena.
At the second roundabout take the second exit, sign posted C3319 Murcia, on to the motorway.
Take the first exit (782) off the motorway sign posted C3319 Murcia.
As you come off the motorway you will come to a roundabout, take the second turn, sign posted C3319 Murcia.
After approx 30K the C3319 eventually merges into the A30, Cartegena to Murcia motorway (formerly N301).
Keep following signs for Murcia for approx another 10K.
Turn off the motorway at junction 403 signposted for Nonduermas, drive under motorway and then take next exit,
signposted MU611 Nonduermas.
At T junction turn right onto MU611 signposted for Mazarron.
After approx 1K you come to a very large junction, turn left onto MU603 sign posted for Mazarron.
Follow MU603 for 20K driving through Sangonera la Verde, El Cañarico & Casas Nuevas.
Approx 2K after Casas Nuevas you will pass a petrol garage on the left hand side of the road with
a restaurant called Los Rescoldas de Carrascoy nearly opposite the garage.
Attached to the restaurant is a sandy coloured house then a field.
The next house is ArcoIris. Turn into the second set of red gates.
There is no bus from the airport, if you come by train you would have to take a taxi to the village of Los Ventorrillos about 7 minutes in the car or we can pick up you from the train station.
As we are in a rural setting it is advisable to hire a car. There is very little public transport in rural Spain.
