Apt. Balmes is a combination of two private apartments located on the same floor. Each private apartment has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and are perfect for groups of 10 to 23 people. Below is a description of each private apartment.

Balmes I (Standard 11 Bed Apartment)

This 120 m2 (1200 sq. Ft.) apartment is great for groups up to 11 people. The apartment has a great central location and has all the basic furnishing to have a comfortable stay in Barcelona.

All the bedrooms are located on the exterior side of the building and have balconies and glass window doors. This gives great views, fresh air and natural light to all the rooms. This apartment has a total of 5 bedrooms. (2 DOUBLE rooms each with one big bed, and 2 TWIN rooms with two single beds and 1 TRIPLE room with 3 single beds.) Each room is equipped with bed linens and towels. The kitchen area is small but equipped with all cooking and eating utensils for a group of 11 people. The apartment also has two bathrooms with showers, washing machine and free Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Balmes II (Standard 10 Bed Apartment)

This 120 m2 (1200 sq. ft.) 5-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona�s center and is perfect for groups 10 to 12 people.

This centrally located apartment offers all the basic furnishings to have a comfortable stay while on your Barcelona holiday. There are 5 spacious bedrooms in total. (1 DOUBLE room with one big bed and 4 TWIN rooms with 2 single beds each. If your group is larger than 10 people there are 2 supplement beds available on request.)(Each additional bed has a supplement fee equal to the average per person per night rate.) All the rooms have balconies and glass window doors; this gives each room, great views, fresh air and natural light. The bedrooms are also equipped with WI-FI, clothes closets, table and 2 chairs, bedside table, night-lights, bed linens and towels. The living area is small and has one sofa and 3 chairs. The Kitchen area is also compact but is fully equipped with all eating utensils, cooking utensils and washing machine. There are 2 modern bathrooms with showers and 2 separate toilets rooms.

LOCATION:

The locations of the apartments are simply perfect as they set in the heart of Barcelona�s center. Plaza Catalunya is the center square of the city and La Rambla is Spain�s most famous street; both are just 5 minutes walk from the front door. All main transportations for Barcelona are accessed from Plaza Catalunya. This means 5 minutes from the apartment you have complete access to; metro, bus, train, airport bus, taxi, touristic bus, bike rental, Moto rental, car rentals and taxi. Not only is the apartment easily accessed it sets in the middle of the city�s main tourist and shopping area. This gives your group the opportunity to leave the apartment on foot and walk to nearly all the main attractions, shops, museums and restaurants.

If your group desires to share its vacation time together in the same apartment and want the convenience of being in the center of the city then this centrally located 5-bedroom apartment will be an excellent choice.

CONDITIONS:

No Party Policy: (No parties are allowed in the apartment. Meaning no loud noise/music, smoking or heavy drinking are allowed in the apartment)

Minimum Stay: 3 nights

No Reception Area!!! (The management office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your Exact Check In Time.)

Free check in 14:00 pm to 21 pm

Late Check In Charges:

50 euro (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)

75 euro (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)

100 euro (1:01 am to 13:59 pm)

Check Out 11 am

No Luggage Storage: If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station

Cash On Arrival: remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted

Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise you will be charged 40% of the total reservation.

Security Deposit: 500 euro, 100% refundable at check out

Cleaning Fee: 80 euro, additional fee for cleaning of the apartment after your group leaves
