About Barcelona Residence
The 'Barcelona Residence' is ideally located in the Old Town,in walking distance to the most interesting,cosmopolitan and dynamic area of the city.During your stay in barcelona,won't you visit in 10 minutes the Cathedral,the Gothic quarter,the Picasso Museum,the Ramblas,Maremagnum,Parc of the city,Arc of triunf ,Plaza Catalunya,Corte ingles,plaza españa and 15 minutes from the Olympic village (beach), etc. There is also a wide variety of restaurants and Bars.
Our rooms are equipped with television, Wifi and we specially guarantee a strict cleanliness. Our guests have access to the lounges and common dining rooms.
We are taking 25 as a deposit to give to you the keys and we will give your money back when you check out. Advise about arrival time.
Pay cash on arrival.
Check in time 24 hours.
Check out time between 11.30 to 12.00.

We stayed 5 nights at the Barcelona Residence at the end of june 2009. The room and the shared bathroom were absolutely clean. We had a TV set and a radio in the room. We also had a perfect Wifi access.
The Barcelona Residence is near a metro station , it´s also near La Rambla.
The manager speaks english and was very friendly and helpfull.Francois

I liked the Barcelona Residence. Nice litle room, clean, and a shared Wc also very clean. Great location, Metro is 300m from there, and them you can be where ever you want in a few minutes. Saomi was great with us too.
Next time i'll be there again.Adorei o Barcelona Residence. Quarto pequeno mas limpo e wc partilhado também muito limpinho. Óptima localização, o metro fica a 300m, e depois pode-se ir para qualquer ponto da cidade em minuto. Saomi foi extremamente simpatico connosco e muito prestavel.
Próxima vez que fôr a Barcelona fico lá outravez.

From Girona Airport:
If you come to the station of the North:
Take the subway (red Line 1) up to Square URGELL station. Then take COMTE.URGELL, we are on Number 31, 2st. floor 3rd. door.
By Bus (TMB):
The route numbers are: 14, 36, 57, 59, 64 and night ones; 0 and 6. The stop to get off is URGELL .
