About Pirin Apartment
These two bedroom apartments are located downtown of the city of Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria and are mainly used by the faculty of the American University in Bulgaria.
They can be rented short (2 days) or long term. One apartment can sleep 4-5 people; the other has one double bed and 2 single beds to sleep 4 people.
The apartments are fully furnished, and are within walking distance of major places and events in the city centre. They have parking, internet access, cable TV and more.
The city centre offers a great variety of entertainment. You can also go and see the local soccer team playing in the Bulgarian Premiership League as well as dine out in countless restaurants and pubs offering local and international cuisine.
Our specialty is Eco Tourism. We offer different travel packages to accommodate the needs and the flexibilities of out guests. Near the town of Blagoevgrad there are excellent opportunities to visit local villages and experience organic food. Little has changed since the early 20-th century in village farming, which brings traditional flavor. You can learn and practice if you find it intriguing.
We prefer at least 48 hrs. reservation notice prior to arrival.
Pricing includes all state and local taxes and is identical to the one you see on this web site. Tips are welcomed but not required and are not included in the final bill.

Directions
From Sofia Airport you can use the city bus (preferred) or taxi (relatively expensive) to get to the bus/train station (conveniently located right next to each other). Then get a bus to the city of Blagoevgrad, some 60 miles south. It takes 1hr, 45 minutes.
From Blagoevgrad bus station it takes 5 min. with taxi cab to get to the apartment.
