The apartment is situated in the residential area of Barcelona, just blocks from the beach and only a short walk to the centre of Barcelona.

This is a first-floor apartment of a restored traditional Barcelona building. It has capability for 4 persons.

Inside it, feels very fresh since it has been newly redecorated this summer and is very well equipped, making for a pleasant and comfortable holiday.

The apartment is only minutes away from las Ramblas and very close to the port and the Maremagnum mall. Port Olimpico that has another beach and lots of bars and nightlife is ten minutes walk away. El Bourne, the city's arts centre containing the Picasso museum, bars and cafes is eight minutes walk away. The metro station Barcelona is very close by, allowing access to all parts of the city. The Gothic Quarter is one of the most impressive areas and can be reached in less than 8 minutes by foot.

Closer to the apartment, Paseo Joan Borbo, the main street in Barcelona, is one of the best places to try typical Spanish food, including fresh fish and seafood.
