About Las Ramblas of Barcelona
A modern style and lovely accommodation in a newly renovated property located by the popular Las Ramblas Avenue in the best area of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona.
This is one of the most exciting locations in Barcelona, with balconies with excellent views over Las Ramblas.
By the Colombus statue, the seaside, the sailing harbor, the Maremagnum shopping center by the water, the amazing Boqueria Market (the bigest in town), in front of the Liceu Opera Theater and Plaza Reial.
Also one minute walk from the Gothic Cathedral and cloister, at the heart of Gothic quarter, and infront of Palau Guell, the spectacular palace built by the famous catalan architect Antoni Gaudí.
The accommodation has high ceilings with amazing wooden bins since it was built in 1900, and has just been refurbished with very tasteful furniture. The living room is wide and confortable with two balconies over Las Ramblas, with a dinning table where to eat with the friends or family.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your own meals. The accommodation has all modern conveniences including central heating, fridge, freezer and washer. Most of double bedrooms are with a balcony where to sit and take a coffee. All the windows have been recently renovated with double glazzing for good isolation against noise and heat or cold from the street.
7% VAT tax, bed linen and a set of two towels per person upon arrival are included in the price.
There is free internet access on all rooms if you bring your own lab top with Wi Fi connection 24 hours.
'Double Bed Private' is a comfortable room that is newly renovated with one kingsize double bed, a private balcony with excellent views, a small living area and a private closet, and access to shared facilities, such as kitchen, livingroom and two bathrooms.
'2 Bed Private' is another room with twins beds and two private amazing balconies towards Las Ramblas.
There are really nice private apartments located in the same property on Las Ramblas. One of the apartments has one double bedroom for two people with one kings size double bed, a private kitchen that is fully equiped, private livingroom, one private bathroom and some of the apartments are with private terrace with views to las Ramblas. It is possible to allocate two other guests in the livingroom if requested in advance. This apartment can allocate from one to four guests.
There is another apartment in the 3rd and the 4th floor (with a new small elevator) with 3 rooms with air conditioning, each with its own ensuite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with small dining area. There is another apartment on the 4th floor with amazing views towards las Ramblas with 3 rooms with air conditioning, one large bathroom and one fully equipped kitchen with excelent views to Ramblas. These apartments include air conditioning, internet wifi free connection, VAT 7%, bed linen, and a set of 2 towels per person upon arrival. The cleaning of these apartments is 30 EUR to be paid upon arrival.
No stag parties, family orientated environment. Smoking is forbidden inside of the acoommodation.

If you are calling from a Spanish line or a cabin in the street, you need to dial 695097612, and if you are calling from a foreign mobile phone you need to dial +34 695097612 from 10.00 am to 2.00 am.
We also need your mobile number to contact you in case there is any delay on your arrival so that we can contact you sending a free text message.
The earliest you can leave your luggage is at 10.00 am to Ramblas accommodation and the latest you can check in is at 2.00 am.
There is an extra fee of 15 euros for late night arrivals after 23.00 to the apartment. We'll be waiting for you upstairs in the apartment. Please ring the buzzer RAMBLAS APARTMENT.
Bed linen, a set of two towels per person upon arrival and 7% VAT is included in the rate. If you book a private apartment, cleaning upon departure is not included and has a cost of 30 euros to be paid upon arrival.
You can cancel your reservation at any time 72 hours prior to your arrival day. If you want to cancel a 'No Show fee' will be charged to the credit card. The No Show Charge is the first night stay.
We accept to pay by credit or debit card with an charge of 2% commission. American Express are also accepted with a charge of 5% commission.
We can provide an extra cleaning and a set of two towels during your stay with a charge of 30 EUR. Laundry service is also available at the rate of 20 EUR for each 5 kg of washing.

By taxi from BCN airport:
Taxis from the airport to Barcelona city centre take about 30 minutes depending on traffic and cost about EUR 20 to 25, including a supplement for each large piece of luggage placed in the car boot.
By train from BCN airport:
To catch the airport train into the city, just walk out and cross the long overhead bridge (with moving walkway) between Terminals A and B. Trains run every half hour and the journey only takes 20 minutes. Half the price of the bus, just EUR 1.7. Stop on the Sants
Estació, Barcelona's Central station, take the metro, green line, and after some stations you need to stop at DRASSANES. Walk up Las Ramblas for about one minute or two, oposit direction to the sea side, and when you are in the Plaza del Teatre, with a big statue to the right side. We are at las ramblas, please make ring the buzzer to RAMBLAS APARTMENT.
By bus from BCN airport:
There is a shuttle bus service that stops outside each terminal and goes to central Plaça Catalunya every 15 minutes. The 'Aerobus' is the most comfortable and easy way to travel between the city centre and the airport. A single ticket costs EUR 3.5. Stop in Catalunya and take the taxi (around 3.5 euros for two).
From GRO airport:
If you are flying with Ryanair, then you will be arriving to this airport, located 100 km away from Barcelona. Don't take a taxi, it will cost youa round EUR 150. Take the Barcelona Bus provided by Ryanair after each arrival. It will take you around 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive to Passeig Sant Joan street. Then we recommend you to take a taxi from here to the apartment with the aproximate cost of EUR 3.50 to 4.50 depending on traffic congestion.
