From The train station take the Sant Antoni Avenue, Turn right to Tarragona St. In the roundabout take the 4 way out. Go to paralelo Avenue and turn left to San Pau St. and turn right to Plana de la boqueria and right again to Ramblas finally get the Boqueria St.
