+ location is great, close to the beach, super markets, bars. It's a bit difficult to find at first (by care due to the mlany one-way directions streets) but they were willing to escort us from a local point at Corralejo
+ has a roof terrace
+ it's clean and basic - just like the add said- do not take a shower late at night, the water is then lukewarm (it never gets really warm)
basically, if you want to have a luxerious place, this is not the right hotel for you. If you want a warm bed, a kitchen where you can cook, a sofa to relax in, this is the place to be

About Sol y Mar
Old Town House converted into a guesthouse. It is clean and basic, centrally located and close to all local amenities. Only 5 mins walk from the bus station and 10 mins from the ferry port. Sol y Mar has 7 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and a living room with Sat TV and video. There are self catering facilities as well as a BBQ terrace on the roof and ample storage for windsurf, surf or kite surf gear. You can also arrange bike hire at a local shop and we can book watersports courses for you.Free WIFI connection in lounge area.We have cleaning 7 days/week and all linen as well as towels are provided free of charge.We are flexible on arrival days but require a minimum of 4 nights. If you arrive in town and cannot find us give us a call and we will pick you up. Not suitable for families.
