An ideal place for those who really want to be able to sleep at night. All rooms are private. There is no curfew & you have your own keys. Location:

We are conveniently located in a very nice and safe part of the center, on Avenida Constitucion, opposite the beautiful gardens of \'Triunfo\'. One the most beautiful districts of Granada. Our B&B is just a 10 minute walk from the cathedral and a 15 minute walk from San Nicolas, the world famous viewpoint from where you will get the most stunning view of the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada mountain range. We are connected by direct buses and shuttles to each and every part of Granada, including the Airport, the Bus Station, The Alhambra (which is on top of a hill) and the Conference Center. The Railway station is only 10 minutes away on foot from here.

Rooms:

We do not have dormitories; our rooms are all private. Two of the rooms have their en-suite bathroom and the other two share a common bathroom which is just outside them. The shared bathroom is for a maximum of 4 people. The rooms are bright, they have modern, functional furniture and are decorated in warm colors. They are well ventilated and all the bathrooms have their own windows too.

Facilities:

All the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities including a kettle and a small fridge as well as free tea, coffee, sugar and milk during your stay. There is free unlimited WI-FI in the rooms. Fast and reliable. We have designed and printed our own exclusive customized map of Granada for our guests. It includes all the places we like when it comes to go out sightseeing or partying, eating or drinking, for tapas or wine, for beer or ice-cream, for hot chocolate or pastries. Priceless! You won�t want to go out without it!

Breakfast:

Our price includes a self-service breakfast. We provide you with orange juice, croissants, cupcakes, butter, jam, cheese, milk, coffee and tea. You can have it in your room whenever you want. As early or as late as you like. It is not a banquet but it is free and available all day. No need again to decide whether to miss an hour sleep or your morning coffee ;-)

Arrivals:

We accept arrivals from 9:00 AM to 23:00 PM but we do not have a receptionist here. That means reception on arrival is by appointment only. You must inform of your arrival time when you book and let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes. After checking-in you will have the keys to go in and out as you please. No curfew. If you plan to arrive at a different time please contact us before booking to check whether it is possible for us to welcome you then.

Luggage Storage Service (run by an external company) is conveniently available until midnight, at an extra cost, in the same block.
