About Quiet Apartment in Central Sofia

We rent our full equipped luxurious apartment in the best central location in Sofia Bulgaria (52 qm). It has two rooms, kitchen, and bathroom with shower and is ideal for 2 adults and up to 2 children. SAT-TV, DVD player, computer with unlimited Internet are also available.The kitchen is fully equipped - oven, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, tee cooker, china, silver, glasses, iron, etc. A nice dining area with a little balcony, and a lot of green. All windows with mosquito screens.

Conditions

The check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. Please send us an email at reservation@parensov.sofia-hotel.biz to tell us your exact arrival time. For check in after 22:00, there is an extra charge of 20 Euros. Upon your arrival in Sofia, you must call us at the following number (Marinla): 00359 885203793 in order to confirm our appointment at the apartment (please, do it 1 hour before our meeting), so someone can open up the place for you as there is not a staff there. At the apartment, please ring at 'Stainov'. A refundable security deposit of 100 Euro must be paid cash upon check-in to our staff. The check-out is from 7:00 to 12:00. For check-out before 7:00, there is an extra charge of 20 Euros.
