This is a small guest house in the center of Sofia. The place is attractive because it's new reconstructed house and very clean. Every room has a bathroom and toilet. With more privacy And at very moderate price.
The rooms in 'The Rooms Guest House' are of completely different character.
You can choose between the small romantic 'Blue room' equipped with a comfortable double bed and the stylish atmosphere of the 'The Belle epoque' room arranged with authentic antique furniture. You can also enjoy the adventure spirit of the 'savanna room', which will remind you the interior of cabana.

We have double, single and triple rooms. Each room has a bathroom. The single room and double rooms give romantic atmosphere for your stay. Our triple room gives very basic conditions to have just bed and shower. All rooms has basic equipment. Our place is simple but cosy. It is not a hotel neither a hostel. These are just a private rooms with some meeting point for our guests in the small common space in the coridoor area with basic staff to make a tea or coffee, use free internet, get info, have a talk and meet friends. We have a heating during the cold Sofia winters and hot shower. Our staff will help you to find the best options to go to your preferable place and will be very kind to call for a good taxi for you leaving the hostel.
We provide basic conditions most appreciated by backpackers, couples, art and studies residents and just strangers. Those who expect to find a cheap hotel might be disappointed. Often our guest have a drink and long evening talks in the common area.

OK and cheap.
But the name total stupid. Asking for "The Rooms", everyone says "yes" and show the direction to the nearest rooms - hotel. It says in the net that the hotel is near the train station. It is not very near and difficult to find.
Tip: Ask for Lion Bridge and then Pop Bodomill street. But I have to make a drawing of a brigde and a lion. The hotel is down in the street.
Well, I will go there again.

Located conveniently close to the railway station and to the town centre, it's a place full of charm each room individually themed. The staff are friendly and helpful and the building is full of lovely antique furniture. Wooden ceiling in the upstairs common area and wooden parquet floors in the rooms. A pleasure to stay here.

Location is good -- short walk from main street and 15 mins walk to main station. Taxi from airport costs 15 - 20 leva.
Run down but clean.
Basic facilities. Had a bed and working bathroom -- although hot water ran out. Free internet was handy.
Breakfast of pastries and coffee provided.
The rates are fair for what you get
