Very nice pension! The owner is a very nice old Spanish guy, unfortunately he doesn't speak much english but understands body language very well. Location is nearly perfect for a given price, close to the main beach (about 200meters or so) and a lot of good stuff around, including the best tasting hamburgers joint, it's called Va Bene and their hamburgers are amazing, go check it out yourself.
Downside of this hotel is very thin walls, that is you can hear very well what other guests are doing in their rooms and other guests very well can hear what you are doing in yours :) so just keep that in mind.
Otherwise it is very recommended, we had a superb stay in San Sebastiano.

Very relaxed homey atmosphere. The room was comfortable enough. Common area has an available computer, a dining room table, microwave, refrigerator and dishes. No sink nor stove available for preparing food. They clean the dishes for you.

The manager is very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and willing to do what he can to help.

This place is wonderful! It is true that the owner speaks no English, but even with the little bit of Spanish we spoke, we had no problems communicating. Best location you could possibly want, and even though there was a problem with our reservation, the owner was incredibly helpful, kind, and accomodating. He was a pleasure to be around! 5 stars through and through!

If you want to stay with a super friendly, funloving and absolutely sincere hostel owner, then Miguel from Pension Amalur is the place for you. Very clean, a great location, (just a couple of streets back from Playa de la Concha) and uber good value. We were a party of 8 and Miguel couldn't have been more accommodating. Best value in town! Gracis Miguel

When you don't expect luxury, but a fair place near the beach, this is your pension. The owner is very customer friendly and does everything to make your stay a pleasant one.

For parking, go to parking Norte in the street behind the pension (two times left by walking; driving in the one way roads is somewhat more complicated, but you'll find it). Mention your pension for a good rate.

For breakfast: on the corner is a typical spanish cafe with good coffee, natural orange juice, and delicious croissants. Very good desayuno for a fair price (5 euro)
