No show policy : In case of no show the first night fee of the complete reservation will be charged

MUST be booked and confirmed in advance!
Pickup from Sevilla airport:10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00
Pickup from Train station Santa Justa: 10:30, 12:30, 14:30, 16:30, 18:30
Pickup service is available Monday to Saturday and must be arranged by mail in advance.
How to book a pickup?
Send an email to res@nuevosuizo.com with:
1. Your full name
2. Your reservation number and the name of web page where you have made your reservation
3. Arrival place ( airport or train station) date and hour
4. Number of people
5. Number of flight
6. Flight departure airport
7. A confirmation email will be sent to you with all details.

Other than the incredibly helpful hosts, this place could do a lot to be better.

We felt it was quite expensive for hostel facilities, but it was Semana Santa week when prices are increased anyway. The service from our receptionist was excellent, warm, friendly, very helpful, and always with a smile. The only drawback was there was no lift, could be difficult for older clients. We cant remember if that information was on the booking site or not.
