About Hotel Abanico
Set in a typical Seville Palatial House from the 18th and 19th centuries with an Andalusian Patio and tiles from Seville. Located in the historical and monumental center surrounded by Casa Pilatos, the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda, the City Hall, the Barrio de Santa Cruz, etc. Thanks to its location, its innumerable details situated in courtyard, walkways, walls, etc., and its exquisite decor, the Hotel Abanico is the perfect hotel for a visit to the city of Seville. You can have some tea, coffee, chocolate or pastries from our Free Coffee Shop at our typical Andalusian Patio, surrounded by classical Seville tiles, where time seems to have stopped a hundred years ago. Abanico Hotel, recently renovated, offers 22 comfortable rooms fully equipped. All bathrooms have hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and Welcome Kit. Its fully equipped rooms are adjusted to current needs for comfort, keeping its traditional style. Some of them are large and allow greater convenience to accommodate more than two people or families traveling with children. Children are welcome at our hotel. We have a wide variety of rooms that are adjusted to guests traveling with children. The hotel has cots for infants, which will be placed on request and without any charge. Also offer FREE: Security boxes, tourist magazines, and personalized service of tourist information and reservations.During the period of Easter (March 22nd to 31st) and the Feria de Abril (APril 15th & 21st) we will charge your credit card for the first night of the stay as a deposit of your booking. The reservation can be cancelled with the refund of the deposit at least 15 days before arrival day. If it is cancelled after that time, the deposit will not be refunded.Payment: the credit card will be charged 50% 15 days prior arrival

Very friendly staff at reception, in a gorgeous building; the room was shabby and low on light though, with a rather dirty floor, and although the location was great for being in Barrio Santa Cruz, inside that quarter this was perhaps less conveniently located (with the exception of being right near a great square for tapas restaurants). Breakfast was relatively large and diverse, and not too expensive, but its quality was disappointing.

The hotel is well located and it is easy to access the major attractions of Seville's old town, the main attractions being within a short walking distance of the hotel.
The staff were very helpful and friendly! The overall setting is very quaint and has a typically Spanish feel for an outsider. I would recommend this hotel to people wanting to see Seville and needing a good, economical place to stay!!
