I can definitely recommend Malvarrosa B&B but you do have to give some thoughts to what you want from the place. This one is on the beach, there’s a cafeteria, a restaurant and a few shops around but everything else is a short bus ride or 45min on foot away.

About Malvarrosa Beach
Stay in a home away from home - Fully equipped flat on the best beach of Valencia (La Malvarrosa). If you don`t speak Spanish then don't worry! Our staff speaks fluent English.
Our home is in a quiet area with easy and convenient access to the city center by fast tram or BUS 32 (stops at the doorstep). Walking distance to the Formula 1 and UPV - University of Valencia

The Maritime Promenade, stretches out next to the main beaches of Malvarrosa and the Arenas, which are full of restaurants in old traditional fisherman's houses, live music, discos, pubs, area for skating, jogging...Simply a wonderful place to enjoy the Mediterranean breeze and sun during the day and the beautiful Valencia nights. All our beaches have excellent facilities with showers, shade area and on the beach restaurants.

I can definitely recommend Malvarrosa B&B but you do have to give some thoughts to what you want from the place. This one is on the beach, there’s a cafeteria, a restaurant and a few shops around but everything else is a short bus ride or 45min on foot away. Valencia is really small so you can walk everywhere (providing you do like long walks). There’s a kitchen where you can use everything, the place is very clean (I was pleasantly surprised with a hair dryer in my room). Single room doesn’t have a window but it didn’t bother me since I spent all days outside. Having travelled in Asia, I’m used to this and after all it is only 20euro per night! A word of advise though, you do need a mosquito repellent or an impregnated net if you don’t want to be badly bitten at night after the storm or heavy rain.

I stayed in one of their "other" houses. It was very pleasant, quiet and clean, with a full kitchen to prepare meals, free breakfast and a nice balcony. About 3 - 5 minutes to the beach. Even though I speak some Spanish it was a big help that the staff spoke fluent English. I can recommend this place for short- and long-term travellers.

don´t take the twin room with shared bathroom. they are small and without window!!!!!!!!!!!! in summer will be hell i guess.
