PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICY.
Reservations may be cancelled without charge until 24hours before the day of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled during this period or is a No Show, we will charge the amount of the first night.

Shall be excluded of this conditions all the reservations with special restrictions, they will apply the according conditions.

Reservations for special events in the city may be cancelled or modify without charge up to 10 days before the arrival date, if the reservation is cancelled or modify within this period will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. Not Refundable.( See the dates bellow)

La reserva se cobrará en su totalidad 10 días antes de la fecha de llegada al hotel para que quede garantizada.

La reserva se podrá cancelar o modificar sin costo alguno hasta 10 días antes del día de llegada, en caso que la reserva se cancele o modifique dentro de este lapso, se cobrará el importe correspondiente a la totalidad de la reserva.
