City Lodge is the for sure the MOST central hostel in Stockholm, just ONE block away (three minutes walk) from the Central railway and main bus station, where also all the airport connections depart and arrive to.

This is a Trusted Review. Why?
I spent only one night in Stockholm and City Lodge was the perfect place. It's very close to the train station therefore convenient if you take the train from the airport. Also, it's a block away from one of the main shopping streets and within walking distance from many sights in Stockholm. The price was very reasonable and the staff were very friendly and willing to help. I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bags in the storage room until the room was finished cleaning. Also, I was able to leave my bags at the hostel until my evening flight, which was very convenient since it is very close to the train station so I could go sight seeing and then come back to pick up my stuff.
The hostel has a very comfy atmosphere. Each room is unique and has decorations, so you feel more at home than in a hostel. However, the mattresses were not very comfortable. You can either purchase linens upon arrival or bring your own which was not that big of a hassle. They also provide breakfast for 60 SEK, 50 SEK if you pay a day in advance. There are 3 computers that you can use as well as free wifi. Overall, I had a great experience staying at City Lodge and would highly recommend it for everyone else.
