Bertrand established Swiss Alps Retreat located in "Chalet Martin" 12 years ago.
We became famous for our friendliness and cleanliness, which we maintain on a daily basis. Our guests are backpackers coming to relax and enjoy the great mountain views from our sundeck.
We'd love for you to join us in our authentic Swiss Chalet offering a cosy atmosphere, just like "home".

Directions
By Train: Lausanne-Bex (4th stop in the direction of Sion/Brig). Most trains depart Lausanne 46 minutes past each hour. A new schedule has it that trains also depart at 50 and 56 past the hour, last one from Lausanne is 20:20 at night arriving in BEX at 20:57
From Bex transfer onto the road to take the red cograil train to Gryon (last train departs at 21.05, or 9:05pm).
Chalet Martin is a 5 minute walk from the Gryon train station. Follow the road and train lines up hill from the station and look for the 'BACKPACKER' signs on your left!
