By Train leave Interlaken WEST go direction to the centre, by the Post office follow the sign dir. Grindelwald.

From Berne: Exit Interlaken West, then stay on the main street . Turn right at the first traffic light. After 200 m you'll see the Hotel at your right hand side. Please mind the sign «Hotel Derby».

By Car:

From Lucerne via Brünig: Exit Wilderswil, then turn right. Stay on the main street. Turn right once you have reached «Gasthof Hirschen», then turn left. After 200 m you'll see the Hotel at your left hand side. Please mind the sign «Hotel Derby».

Cancellation requirements:

For any cancellations of booking changes a fee of CHF 30.00 per person will be charged to cover administration costs (max. CHF 60.00).
50% of the full stay will be charged for cancellations made later than 7 days prior to arrival.
100% of the full stay will be charged for cancellations made later than 5 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
