I stayed in Luzern with my family of 8. Booked 3 rooms.
A good location. The room is quite small but given the room-rates, it is very very competitive.The experience is quite alright.

Positives: Excellent location, decent staff.
Negatives: Hot room with broken fan plus high levels of noise drifting in from outside make quality sleep impossible. Room felt pretty budget, small and dingy.
Probably wouldn't stay here again as we know from extensive travels there is so much better value for money out there.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just few minutes walk from the train station (although it looks a bit far when seen in google maps). Nice boutique style hotel, clean rooms, and very convenient location. I will certainly recommend this hotel for aa family stay, and would like to visit again.

The rooms were sparse but had everything needed for a short stay. The optional breakfast was overpriced for what you were getting and the wireless didn't reach our room which was at the end of the hall so we had to go out to the stairwell with our laptop. Overall, this hotel is clean and in a great location.
