The hotel is very conveniently located, just few minutes walk from the train station (although it looks a bit far when seen in google maps). Nice boutique style hotel, clean rooms, and very convenient location. I will certainly recommend this hotel for aa family stay, and would like to visit again.

The comfortable Hotel Falken, built in 1988 is located at the gateway to the world-famous old town of Lucerne.
A wealth of shopping attractions, and many well-known landmarks such as the Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge) are just a stone's throw from our door.
Our hotel offers comfortable single, double, three, four and five-bed rooms. All rooms have a shower, toilet, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and TV.
You can have breakfast seperate CHF 10 per Person by reservation in the reception and 12 CHF without reservation in the reception.
The Vinothek has a various selection of well known wine from all over the world. You can taste all our wines before making your decision. We sell each wine per glass or you may buy a bottle for take away.
Surcharge for credit-card payments of 2.95%
Surcharge for EC/Maestro or Postcard payments CHF 3.00.
Tourist tax of CHF 2.50 per person and day ios not included in the room rate!
Reception is open 10am till 10:30pm.
Latest Arrival 10.30pm. Arrival after 10.30pm only with a written advance notification 2 days before the arrival date and for the additional price of CHF 20.00 per later hour.

Check-out: until 11.00am
Cancellation Policy
1)
- till 60 days before arrival free of charge
- till 30 days before arrival 30 % of the booking amount will be charged
- till 5 days before arrival 50 % of the booking amount will be charged
- for cancellations later than 5 days before arrival or in case of No-Show the total booking amount will be charged
2) The reservations will be paied at check-in. The reservation may be validate on the quests credit card. If the credit card is not valid the reservation will not be legally binding for the Hotel Falken.

very near to main station. Room was small but OK for a couple.

The rooms were sparse but had everything needed for a short stay. The optional breakfast was overpriced for what you were getting and the wireless didn't reach our room which was at the end of the hall so we had to go out to the stairwell with our laptop. Overall, this hotel is clean and in a great location.
