The Hotel Welcome Inn is not overly expensive for a Zurich airport hotel. It is in a quiet location , although close to the airport(free shuttle bus to and from the airport). It is very well sound-proofed.We could not hear a single aeroplane passing overhead, unless you open the windows.

A clean comfortable hotel within easy walking distance to the railway from downtown Zurich. Friendly staff. Very useful free bus shuttle to nearby Zurich airport.

The Hotel Welcome Inn is not overly expensive for a Zurich airport hotel. It is in a quiet location , although close to the airport(free shuttle bus to and from the airport). It is very well sound-proofed.We could not hear a single aeroplane passing overhead, unless you open the windows.
Overall, the staff were friendly and spoke English. We ate in the restaurant and would recommend the "Tourist menu", as it was delicious and again not too dear for Zurich prices.
If, however, you do not wish to eat in the hotel, there is a very handy,"Migros" shop and restaurant near-by. The prices here are probably one of the most competitive in Switzerland. A great place to eat if you have a large family too.
There is a nearby pool and the hotel hand out free vouchers to swim there if you ask them. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel,
as from the outside it looks fairly plain.

Good hotel if you want a place near the airport with a free shuttle service

I stayed at the Hotel Welcome Inn for only one night. We arrived at 19:00 and went directly to the airport to return a rental car. After returning the car, I was not able to find my digital camera. I asked for it in the reception but they had not seen it there either. The receptionist called Europcar and asked them to search for it. After about one hour I passed the reception-desk again, and she had not yet heard from Europcar. At this point I had actually given up searching for my camera and I went out for a late dinner. When I returned, the receptionist had my camera in hand. She had kept calling Europcar over and over until they found my camera and then she had travelled over to the airport to pick it up! I was totally overwhelmed by this. What a great service.

the room is qiute small..but its ok if u just look for a place to sleep in.
near railway station..good..easy access to city centre..plus shuttle to and from the airport...
