This is a Trusted Review. Why?
First thing - don't count on having a reservation at the place. Even though I booked online and paid a reservation fee and exchanged emails with them, I still got there and our reservation was nowhere to be found. We were lucky to grab the last 3 rooms around, though all the people we saw coming after us had the same problem - made a reservation that disappeared when they arrived.
The reception girl was really nice though, the poor thing had to deal with all the complaints and actually managed to give us eventually the price of the room we booked for (we were supposed to pay 15 dollars more for 3 singles..).
The hotel is located very well and has a nice rooftop, but don't expect more than what you pay for - the rooms are old, small and dirty... A good stay if you're keeping it cheap (it includes breakfast), but not for too long as the bed bugs might get to you...
Easy to find and walk to if you're coming off the bus. It was a great place to recover in a few days of comfort after climbing Kilimanjaro. Certainly not luxurious, but my room was clean, had a balcony, had a functioning mosquito net (critical if you don't want to be bitten, since there are a lot of mosquitoes flying around the hotel), and had an ensuite bathroom. Worked for me!
