This hotel would have been adequate for our needs as we wanted to be near the central rail station for early morning train. However, breakfast was included. We confirmed with staff on check in and were told although we were leaving early we could still have breakfast. We understood if this was not possible. The following morning we were told no restaurant, no breakfast. We relayed what satff had told us the night before.Night manager then rang someone and suddenly there was breakfast, then he rang manager and we were told no breakfast no restaurant. By this stage we were too late to eat so we asked for refund of cost of breakfast 100bt each, so 200 baht off bill. The manager on phone said no way no breakfast included. No credit card payment so we had to pay cash.
We do not recommend this hotel at all. Find something newer with clear rules. We did get our connecting transport - but had 10 hour bus trip without breaky start!!!
NO STARS FOR SERVICE BUT I COULD NOT POST THIS WITHOUT CLICKING!!!

The place was located in Chinatown, where we didn't see too many westeners. The hotel wasn't been too well maintained, meaning it wasn't so "pretty" as it seemed in the pictures. The staff was very helpful and nice. It was strange, that they didn't have our booking made through Travellers Point, even though I had e-mail contact from the staff before our arrival. If you want budget accommodation, this isn't bad place to stay. But if I would need a roof over my head in Bangkok, I would also see other options.
