Soi 1 Backpackers Hostel is an independent Australian/American-influenced, Thai-owned guesthouse and youth hostel with 24 hour access. Our manned reception is overseen by our diligent, on-site English-speaking staff and the owner, Nai.

The friendships made and the adventures shared are what we are about. And it�s not just about our parties, game room, bar, live sports on satellite TV, free wifi and high-speed internet, free maps, clean rooms, new linen and mattresses, plush towels and hot showers...did we mention that Nai keeps the place clean enough to walk bare-foot in? We are here to help you plan your journey. We know Bangkok WELL�from massages to parties, temples to tailors and shopping to the shows (from Siam Niramit to the infamous ping pong ball show�all tried and tested by us!) We can also help you book your bus, train or plane to places all over Thailand. We�ve been everywhere ourselves so we can tell you the best prices!

Our air-conditioned 24hr licensed bar serves Heineken as well as local beers such as Singha, Chang, Leo and Chang draught.

We are located on a safe, quiet street, next to Bumrungrad Hospital. There are no girly bars on our street! There is also a 24hr 7-11 open beside us, as well as 2 ATMs and street carts selling Thai foods, drinks and fruit.
