A warm welcome at the family run Parami Guest House Chiang Mai. Our cosy Guest House is in an authentic Lanna-Thai teak wooden house which is over a hundred years old and surrounds a private and breath-taking tropical garden for relaxed time.

The Guesthouse is strategically located (not in the old city), nearby the two markets Warorrot Market (local Chinese market) and night bazaar. Walking distance to the night bazaar and the old city it's about 10 - 15 min.

In our neighbourhood you can find art and handy craft galleries, restaurants and coffee shops.

- Single fan Bath 320

- Double fan Bath 190 per person

- Twin aircon Bath 290 per person

- Double aircon Bath 325 per person

All rooms with private shower (hot water) and toilette.

In our Restaurant we serve breakfast, appetizer and refreshing drinks.

Parami Tour Agency:

If you are interested on trekking or sightseeing tours, Mountain biking, White water rafting, Cooking course etc. All tours you can book trough us .

We are certified from the Tourist Authority Thailand (T.A.T) License No. 23-1176

We also provide a wide range of brochures in our office as well as friendly advice and suggestion to plan your trips.

If you like to pamper your self with a traditional Thai or Oil Massage, our Massage and Nail Studio is just next door.

Conditions

The standard cancellation policy is 24 hours. For non-arrivals and late cancellations after this period a two-nights charge may be applied.

Check in time:
Mo - Fr from 8:00am (if the room is available) or at 2:00pm at the latest - 9:00pm
Sa & So from 8:00am (if the room is available) or at 2:00pm at the latest - 7:00pm

Check out time is 11:00am

Reception is closed between Mo - Fr 9.00pm and 8.00am,
Sa & So between 7:00pm and 8:00am. Check-in allowed during those times ONLY if prior arrangements have been made via email advise of arrival time.
Any demages done to the hostel property, regardless of
whether directly or indirectly, by accident or due to
negligence, not limited to and including incidents, being the
source og the damage, will be borne by the concerned guest. This will also include all cost of replacing, repairing and/or revenue loss due to the damage done. Hostel management have to right to refer matters to the local authorities and will not be held liable for accommodation and other expenses such as flight cacellation and other incidentals incurred pertaining to damages done, while matters are being resolved.

Guests are deemed to have fully read and understand this terms and conditions when making a booking and shall abide by the above mentioned upon check in.

Directions

From the Airport, Train station and Bus station, take a Taxi or Tuk Tuk. The Charoenrat Rd is between the Nawarat and Nakorn Ping Bridge.
Let the Taxi driver know that the Riverside Bar / Restaurant is on the same Rd. (all the Taxi drivers know this places). We are around 500 meters up north from the Riverside Restaurant / bar on the right hand side.
