We have both Deluxe rooms and Budget Rooms.

All rooms have hot shower, private toilet, daily cleaning, free acess to internet in lobby, free acess to jacuzzi and pooltable on the roofterrace

Deluxe rooms also have minibar, Cable TV, DVD and free movies.

When you make a booking you shall notice that we have 5 different types of room :

1. SINGLE ROOM : is a small simple room with a big bed where you can sleep 2 people, private toilet with hot shower, only with fan, no TV or DVD. (when you book just click 1 person even if you are 2 persons!)

2. TWIN PRIVATE : Is a nice big room with 2 seperate beds, Cable TV, DVD player and free movies, minibar, private toilet with hot shower and fan or A/C

3. DOUBLE BED PRIVATE: Is a nice big room with one big bed for 2 persons, Cable TV, DVD player and free movies, minibar, private toilet with hot shower and fan or A/C

4. 3 BED PRIVAT: Is a nice big room with one big bed or 2 seperate beds + extra bed (all togheter 3 person can stay here), Cable TV, DVD player and free movies, minibar, private toilet with hot shower and fan or A/C

5. 4 Beds dorm room: Is a nice room with 2 bunk beds (sleeps totally 4 persons)Cable TV, DVD player and free movies, minibar, private toilet with hot shower and fan or A/C

Prices when you book is for Fan room, if you want A/C room just add 100 B/day and room. (just tell in the reception when you arrive) *single room is only Fan!

Down in the lobby we have our travel information desk there we will provide you with all the info, tours and travelingtickets for Phuket and Thailand with the best possible prices for you, and we love to help you with everything about your journey in patong and thailand!

On the roof we have our roof terrace with a big jacuzzi, sunseats and pooltable, of course free for guests!

In the lobby we also have free internet for our guests!

Cancellation Policy :

- Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee for

low and high season only

- No shows will be charged at 50% of the entire stay or 1 night whichever is greater during

the low and high season
