Awesome place to live if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, quiet good! Decent places to eat around the hotel, atm, and 24 hr family mart right next door. The wifi is pretty slow though, every thing else is great.

One of the best hotel's I've stayed in while travelling Thailand. The rooms are very clean and extremely well serviced, with kingsize beds for a very reasonable price. Nice breakfast, with truly the best omelette you'll ever eat. Facilities are OK, internet is available, but an internet café is located just 50 meters down the road. With an Italian icecream bar in the hotel and a pizzeria, small supermarket and ATM within 10 meter from the hotel. The only thing it lacks is a pool, but who cares when you're just 500 meter from Kata beach. I stayed here for 2 weeks, before leaving to much noisier Patong.

Great value for this family-owned hotel, brand new & friendly managed, extremely clean and with good facilities.
Least but not last, huge selection of real Italian sandwiches available, facing its own Pizzeria and, just beside, even its fantastic home-made ice-cream shop!
For around 30 USD and Italian style lovers, it's really beyond your best expectations.
This spot is ok - nice ice-cream! You MUST book with breakfast (250bht per person is very steep otherwise).
Very clean hotel, nice owners who are polite and helpful. Only downer is the busy road it is on and you have to walk on the road to get into KATA which can be pretty scary so you need a motorbike really.
Italian restaurant across the road, minimart next door - jobs a good un!
Again, get breakfast included if you book here and definitely sample the ice-cream!!!
