A wonderful place for the budget minded. The staff friendly, the room clean, soap and towel in place, generous breakfast. But this is budget -- the room was small, the shower is above the toilet. My TV did not work, but I did not even try to resolve this as the free WiFi in the room worked for me.

One unexpected problem -- it took a long time to find the hotel as the Google map I had suggested quite a walk, streets are mostly unmarked and no one there knows street names. But the hotel is a few minutes walk from the Sirkeci tram station, and nearby hotels were helpful in finding it.

Or follow this: from the Sirkeci station walk up with the tram rails one block towards the city until you see a diamond-shaped flower garden on the left; then it is half-left and then left. Enjoy the stay.
