Services provided are on-par with international accomodation standards and these include Direct Telephone services, Digital Satellite TV, Wi-Fi/Wireless Internet access, standby generators, 24/7 security, ample parking space and exclusive lifts servicing all apartments.
The apartments have maid service Monday to Saturday and bed linen is changed weekly or at your request.
The kitchen in every apartment is a reflection of modern-day living and has been fitted with a dual gas and electric cooker with in-built oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and the finest cutlery and crockery.
And we went that extra mile, so that you may laze the day away in our leisure facilities. When you feel a tad exhausted, recharge and relax by indulging yourself in the swimming pool and fully fitted gymnasium.

Please note that Twin Beds refers to a one-bedroomed apartment with a double bed, and complete furnished apartment-type facilities.
Quad Beds refers to a two-bedroomed apartment, with a double bed, and two single beds, and complete furnished apartment-type facilities.
Arrival & Departure times
Reservations/Check-in commences at Noon on the day of arrival and guests are required to check-out before Noon on the day of departure. An extra night's stay will be charged for any additional hours after Noon on the day of departure.
Loss or damage
The Management cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to guests personal effects or luggage, howsoever caused. Guests should ensure their Travel Insurance covers all such risks.
The Management requires a damage bond against damage or breakage in all cases without any exceptions. This is equivalent to the rate for one night's stay in the apartment booked. The damage bond will be refunded on the day of departure, after inspection of the apartment.
Except in the case of normal wear and tear, guests will be responsible for making good any damage to the apartment or its contents which has occurred due to negligence, willful damage or irresponsible behavior on the part of those occupying the apartment. Such damage must be reported, without delay to the apartment management.
Guests are responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents. The cost of the repair or replacement will be deducted from the Damage Bond. If the latter is insufficient to cover the respective costs, the Management reserves the right to request a deposit to cover the same, and the remainder of the stay.
Rights of Access
The apartment representatives or their subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to the convenience of the guest, for the purpose of inspection of the property and to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work that may occur.
Injury and Damage
Neither we, nor the apartment representatives, take any liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising during the booking period.
Maximum Number of Persons
Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons specified in the apartment description occupy the apartment except by prior agreement with the apartments. The Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to the apartment to the guest and their party if they are in breach of this condition. Additionally, the guest will be charged a penalty amount as dictated by the excess number of persons and number of nights shared.
