The rooms were very basic but the hostel was in a good location. The service was rude. There was no facility to leave suitcases and rucksacks when checking out (for even a short time).

‘Lau Buru’ is located just in San Sebastian City centre, only 30 meters from the most emblematic beach, La Concha Beach and only five munutes by walking to ‘Zurriola Beach’, the best one for surfing.

'Concha Beach’ stands out by its postcard beauty style and it is only 5 minutes by walking from ‘Zurriola Beach’, the best one for surfing. There is a kitchen so you can cook your own meals and WI-FI included in the price plus a lift to get to our floor.

Aditionally, the most important Spanish international film festival and one of the most important film festivals in Europe is held in San Sebastian. Do you need to know more about it to visit us?

Adults usually have dinner in gourmet clubs which provide elements of the procession ‘Noche de la Tamborrada’ where you can eat sophisticated meals cooked by the best cookers of the region (mostly composed of seafood) and drink the best wines. For Basques this is the most celebrated festival of the year!

San Sebastian City is in the north of the Basque Country region, on the southern coast of the Bay of Biscay.

From San Sebastian International Airport:

You can take a train to go to the Terminal.

From Train Station:

If you arrive at the train station it is better to walk, it will take you only three minutes, please, see map attached. Once you go out of it cross the bridge and take Avenida de la Libertad (Freedom Avenue). The reception is in the last block, on the opposite side of the beach. Close to us there is a well known Basque Bar so you can not get lost!
