The Mountain Inn is nestled at the base of Killington Resort, the biggest ski and riding resort in the East. The Mountain Inn is a charming, cozy 3 star inn with 51 tastefully decorated rooms. We offer several room types to best suit your needs. You can stay in our romantic 'Fireplace Rooms', our 'Balcony Rooms' with dramatic Killington mountain views, or our adjoining family rooms for more space and comfort. All of the Mountain Inn's rooms are well appointed, including colour cable TV, private bath, AM/FM clock radios, hair dryers, and telephone, plus some rooms with VCRs and refrigerators.
It's easy to relax any time of the year at the Mountain Inn. Enjoy the outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, on-site masseuse, games room and a guest laundry. Daily deluxe continental breakfast and full hot breakfast are available, and fine dining and nightly entertainment are available in the popular Santa Fe Steakhouse. The lounge features a great micro brew selection, brew pub drafts, lots of innovative free munchies, your favorite cocktails, cognac, ports and a great wine list. Enjoy après-ski and nightly entertainment in the fire-placed Chase Lounge.
Killington is known for its diversity of terrain offering skiers and riders of all ability levels choice of wide open groomed cruisers, narrow classic New England runs, moguls, steeps and trees. Walk or shuttle to the lifts at Snowshed, Ram Head or the Winter Adventure Center. There is a door-to-door shuttle to the slopes every 15 minutes from 7:30am to 5:30 pm.

By Plane:
You can fly into Boston and take a flight from Boston to Rutland Airport.
By Public Transport:
Train: Amtrak to Rutland. (PH: 802-786-2151)
Bus: Greyhound to Rutland. (1-800-231-2222)
Vermont Transit Center (1-802-362-1226)
Rutland to Killington is a ten minute drive. There are taxies and shuttle buses available as well as a rental car facility.
By Car:
Watch for the sign that says 'Welcome to the Killington region.' Turn opposite Bill's Country Store onto the Killington Road and drive 3.5 miles to our inn on the left-hand side of the road. (Look for the Santa Fe Steakhouse on the end of our building.)
From Boston Area / Airport:
Take I93 North to just South of Concord, NH. Exit onto I89 North and follow to US 4/Rutland, Exit 1 in Vermont. Follow US 4 West to Killington.
From New York City Area (via CT Turnpike): Take I95 North to I91 and then follow directions given under Hartford area.
From New York City and New Jersey area (via New York Thruway): Take the New York Thruway to exit 24 at Albany. Take I87 (Northway) to Fort Anne/Rutland Exit 20. At Exit 20, pick up Rte 149 and follow east to US 4. In Fort Anne turn left onto US 4 and follow east to Killington. (US 4 will actually bring you into Rte 7 just south of Rutland City. Turn left and follow Rte 7 for about 3 miles and take US 4 East, to the right, to Killington.)
From Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Points South: Take feeder highways to NJ Turnpike. Exit onto the Garden State Parkway and follow to the New York Thruway. Proceed to follow directions under from New York City & New Jersey Areas.
From Buffalo, Cleveland, and Toronto, Midwest points: Take feeder highways to NY Thruway (I90). Exit at Albany and follow directions under from New York City & New Jersey areas.
From Montreal: Take Highway 10 East to Highway 35 south. Exit at Rte 133 South and follow to I89 South. Exit I89 at Exit 3 in Bethel, VT and follow Rte 107 and Rte 100 South to Killington.
