HI-Los Angeles South Bay is a quiet, 60-bed hostel where you can relax far from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. Enjoy a spectacular sunset or walk to nearby beaches and experience the wonder of a tide pool. The hostel is situated in four buildings on two acres in a city park.

The hostel has private, semi-private, and dorm rooms available. A self-service kitchen, dining room, reading room, television room, Internet kiosk, and laundry facilities are available for your use. Free on-site parking is available. City bed tax is not included.

US $3 NON-MEMBER FEE PER PERSON PER DAY APPLIES IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID HI OR IYHF MEMBERSHIP CARD. TAX NOT INCLUDED ONLINE.

Driving: 3 miles south of I-110 on Gaffey, in Angel's Gate Park.

Bus: MTA #446 South to the KOREAN BELL makes its final stop in front of the hostel.

LAX: Take a Super Shuttle or Prime Time Shuttle to the hostel.

Metro: The Metro is located at the Long Beach Transit Mall. It is approximately 9 miles from the hostel. You cannot take the Metro to the hostel; you must take the Long Beach #142 bus from the transit mall to San Pedro, and transfer to bus #446 at Pacific and 7th in San Pedro.

LAX: Use free airport shuttle marked 'G' to the Green Line Metro Station. Take Metro to 110 Harbor Freeway. Transfer (with Metro ticket) to MTA #446 south to Korean Bell.

AMTRAK: UNION STATION, Los Angeles. Take MTA bus #446 south directly to hostel.
