We stayed there for a few days to experience New Years Eve in Miami. The service was great! We came late in the evening and got the help we needed from those who worked there. At first the reservation wasn't existing (they ment it was hostelbookers fault), but they managed to get a larger room for the same price. Every day we were there they asked us if there was anything we needed, and they were more than happy to help us do this. They also helped us with transportation back to the airport. All in all we were very pleased with our stay!

My Wife and I only stayed one night, between cruises,but it was only some 15 minutes from the Bay even on the bus and this only cost $2 each each way, Everybody was very friendly except the man whom had locked our room when we walked down the road to get breakfast and do a spot of shopping, we should have checked out by 11am and it was 11.15 when we got back. We had packed and everything was ready to go, shuttle from the airport to Motel and then from Motel to Cruise Terminal good and reasonable. What more could you expect for the overnight charge
