This is a Trusted Review. Why?
We'd booked a double room and arrived early to check in and drop bags. When we came back at 10pm we were told there was no double room, only one single, as someone hadn't moved out! The late shift desk staff actually helped with extra bedding to make do as we couldn't hit the streets at 10pm on Labour Day Weekend to look for an alternative.
We cancelled the next night and would never go back.
In fact the group of 4 checking in before us at 10pm had a similar problem, they'd booked for 4 only to arrive and find beds for 3!
