Well, the hotel vas clean, although there were some bedbugs. Receptionists are polite, but there's an old man who takes your baggages to the room, and to the baggage's room when you leave it, waiting for tips in both cases. The hotel isn't very noisy.

Lovely little place - not really what the website promised though. Excellent location, clean and adequate accommodation.
Perfect budget hotel. Ideal midtown location, literally underneath the Empire State. Oodles of atmosphere, cool old cage elevator. It's like a hotel in a novel about New York.
