The place was good value... but it wasnt a nice place to stay. The location was rough and the hotel itself put me in the mind of the movie 'hostel'. I left early, mainly because I was too anxious to leave my stuff behind when I went out.

Our hotel is renovated in 2006. We are here to accommodate all the tourists and budget travelers with our budget rates rooms but the quality is not. Basically you will get more than what you pay. We are conveniently located in the heart of New York City, Chinatown and Little Italy is only a few hundred feet away from our hotel. We're also located minutes away from Wall Street, the SOHO District, and the gateway to the Statue of Liberty. In addition, convenient subway stations lead you to the glitter of Times Square, the glamour of the Theater District, the famous Central Park, shopping at 5th Avenue, the events of Madison Square Garden, and the spirit of the Rockefeller Center. Also just a few steps away from some of the city's finest Asian restaurants.

From JFK International airport take the motorway Belt Pky for 4.9 km. At the Linden Blvd sign follow N Conduit Ave-N Conduit Blvd for 2.6 km until Kings. Turn left, follow Atlantic Ave for 2.1 km. Turn right, follow Flatbush Ave for 623 m and then Flatbush Ave Ext for 860 m. Turn right and follow Alabama Ave for 130 m. Turn left and follow Broadway for 4.5 km. At the Bklyn-Qns Expwy/Verrazzano br sign turn left and follow Flushing Ave for 3 km. Then take Nassau St for 600 m and at the Manhattan Bridge sign follow Manhattan Bridge for 2.1 km until New York. Turn right, follow Chrystie St for 100 m, turn left on Hester st. we are at the corner of Bowery and Hester.
From LaGuardia International airport follow Ditmars Blvd for 127 m then turn right and follow Astoria Blvd N for 251 m. At the Staten Island (I-278 W) sign follow the motorway Brooklyn Queens Expy E for 1.4 km. Then at the Northern blvd follow the motorway I-278 for 11.5 km until Kings. At the W'burg Bridge/Manh sign take exit 32A and follow Williamsburg Bridge for 3 km until New York. Then take Delancey St for 600 m. Turn left, follow Bowery for 500 m until you reach the hotel.
From Newark international airport follow the signs for Garden State Parkway(I-78)/New Jersey Tpke South(I-95)/Ny via Turnpike/Newark-Elizabeth(Us-22)/Ny via Skyway(RT-21) and take motorway Us-9-Us-1 & 9-Us-1-Rt-139 for 14.6 km until Hudson. Follow 12th St for 728 m, then Boyle Plz for 84 m. At the Uptown(Rt-9a)/West st./Downtown/Brooklyn/Canal st. sign follow Holland Tunnel for 3.2 km. At the Downtown/Brooklyn/Canal st. east sign follow Beach St for 183 m, then follow Walker St for 650 m. Then follow Canal Street for 250 m and turn left, follow Bowery for 150 m until you reach the hotel .
By train
From Pennsylvania Station walk one block east to Herald Square and take the orange subway line (B,D,Q) until the Grand Street stop or. From Grand Central Station take the green subway line (4,5,6) until the stop on Canal Street Station.
By airplane
From JFK International Airport take the New York Airport Service Express Bus for Midtown Manhattan/West Side until Pennsylvania Station and follow the indications above. You can also take the Super Shuttle Manhattan, which offers a shared door to door service to any address in Manhattan, including all hotels. Another option is to take the Air Train Jfk until the Jamaica subway stop. There take the brown subway line (J,M,Z) until the stop on The Bowery, just one block north of the hotel.
