This is a great place to stay! Wasn't sure what to expect, but ended up staying longer because I became comfy at the Blue Sky. The staff is mostly very friendly and helpful, the in-house food is good (important on a rainy day), and the rooms are a good value at around 15 bucks -- I would go for the double-bed rooms, though, as the twins are too small for an adult male.

It may not be the the absolute best value in town, but when you find a friendly, clean, and problem-free spot for that price in Old Quarter, count your blessings! Thanks Blue Sky for a nice visit.

Directions
The hotel is located in Hanoi Old Quarter, just some minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake.
From Hanoi train station it takes only 10 minutes by taxi or motorbike ($2 by taxi or $1 by motorbike).
From Noi Bai Airport it takes just 35 minutes by taxi (usual price is $15 US but we can organize pick up for you, for $12 US -please provide us with your travel details and arrival time).
WARNING: Many of our guests have been cheated and taken to another address by a van and taxi service. If you are taken to a different address in the Old Quarter, call us directly (at 3923 0514 or 0923 1849) and we will come and pick you up.
