This is the place that does not hold reservations even though they tell you otherwise! Ms. Thin is very accommodating, but her policy of giving away the room to just anyone leaves guests up in thin air. They put me up in a "sister" hotel around the corner that I did not like, and told me to come back the next day, and maybe (just maybe?) they'd have a room! NO THANK YOU

In order to have a smooth holiday in Hanoi we would like to do provide a car ( pick up service ) to pick up you directly from Hanoi airport/train/bus station to our G after your booking that ensures you are driven to our right hotel. If you choose to go on your own, pls make sure that you are delivered to the CORRECT Guesthouse at 14 Bat Su Street, welcomed to the FRONT DESK to enquire your room as we have also had people on the street telling potential customers that they are the same company to take our Guests to the wrong hotel or overcharged for the transport.

It's located in Hanoi Old quarter, It takes 40 to 60 minutes drive from the International airport and 5 to 7 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem lake.
If you choose not to use our pick up service, pls be aware that scams do exist. Make sure the drivers take you to Hanoi Guesthouse 14 Bat Su street. Reached our Guesthouse welcomed to Front Desk with friendly reception , pls do not believe anyone on the street who claiming that theirs are the same company.
We offer reasonable cost for airport pick up to avoid all the troubles :
