Located in old quarters Hello Vietnam Hotel is the only backpacker accommodation in Hanoi run by experienced Vietnamese backpackers. They really understand what independent travelers and small groups want and need.
Our guests can take advantage of the free Broadband internet, complementary all day tea/coffee, the Surf Bar and the chill-out zone. There are many nightly movies, board games and 24 hour hot water. Our super friendly staff can provide you with all the information you need to get you to those hidden secrets of the historical capital of Vietnam.
Every morning there is a fresh Vietnamese roll & International breakfast available to all our guests. There is also hot drinks available 24 hours in our kitchen.
Check-out 12:00 am with late checkout 8:00 pm (for night trains to Sapa and Hue or through train to China). There is no curfew and 24 hour check-in is also available.

We can arrange pick up service upon notification of your flight number. (Free pick up from the Bus or Train station and 30% off from the airport.)
If you are planning on getting your own transportation to our hostel, please be careful of the following scam.
In Hanoi be careful with some motorbikes, taxi, and van drivers and even Airport Taxi/Van.. They sometimes play a little game with the tourists: They ask you where your hotel is. But they will take you to another hotel and have someone standing on the hotel step with the (fake) same card as our hotel and then they say we are full, and then they take you to a different hotel and they receive a commission from that other hotel for bringing them a guest. So please be careful. If you have any problems or questions, please contact us by telephone and we can pick you up anywhere in Hanoi.
