Loved it! Everyone was very friendly, the owner was wonderful even though her English was not to good. The rooms were cleaned every day good AC. The only downside was that they were doing renovations on one of the floors above hard to sleep in past 8am. Will definitely stay if i ever come back.

Opened in October 2005, My My Arthouse is a modern, friendly, family-run guesthouse located in a quiet alley just 30 seconds walk from Pham Ngu Lao and De Tham streets right in the heart of the city.

We have a choice of rooms available to the budget traveller all with air conditioning and fans, double beds, cable TV, mini-bar and en suite bathrooms with hot water. Our 4 large rooms are bright and spacious with outdoor facing windows, while the 10 small rooms offer similar levels of comfort at a lower cost. We also have a twin private room with en suite (2 adjoining rooms - both with double beds) ideal for 2 friends travelling together.

All our rooms are cleaned and provided with fresh towels daily

Our room prices include a simple breakfast of fresh baked bread with butter and homemade jam with coffee, tea and orange juice.

We offer a full range of services for you such as fast internet access, laundry, money exchange, luggage storage and visa service. We are happy to offer honest advice on any local tours as well as onward travel and can book these for you if you wish.

Check in time no later than 8 p.m.

If there is really urgent case, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We don't have 24 hours reception. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The room floor full of dust.
Toilet no soap and shampoo for customer to use.
Have to improve for above two thing.
Overall is ok...got free internet.....Owner is friendly......Average is good.

Best hostel so far in SE Asia. Staff were great. Only wish i had more to do in Saigon or i'd go back! Loved every second (plus the extra 2 days)

I wouldn't recommend this place to a weary traveller as you can expect to get NO sleep and NO hot showers based on our experience having stayed two nights/3 days there. I was very unhappy with this place, we were kept awake all hours by the noise (night 1 = 4 hours sleep, night 2 = 1 hour sleep) and there was no hot shower to clean before bed or in the morning or entire stay. I might add they didn't offer a reduction in price given they clearly didn't abide by the contract formed (to supply hot showers) but they had my passport so I couldn't press the point. DON"T GO THERE!!!

One woman in particular on the staff is incredibly helpful. Her English is great, she's more than happy to do anything you need, and she's well informed about tours and so forth in the area. The friendliness and assistance are well worth the cheap price

The lady in-charged (Hanh) was very friendly. She was upfront in her tour/item purchases and advice us according to our needs and budget. I stayed with three other girls and we feel safe and protected in this warm, friendly and comfortable environment. Hanh and her mother also went all the way to ensure that we got what we need upon request. They make us feel like part of their family. Overall, its an enriching experience, value-for-money for a city accoomodation which is within walking distance to cheap Ben Than market, live music+booze (Aleez Boo), museums and halal food. Love Ho Chi Minh...Love MyMy Arthouse.

If arriving by Open Tour bus, or from Phnom Penh we are 1-2 minutes walk from the bus stop on Pham Ngu Lao street.
If arriving by flight or train take a taxi to Pham Ngu Lao street (fare about $10, or $5 from train station) and follow directions below.

To get to our guesthouse enter alley 219 off Pham Ngu Lao street (next to Sacombank and Welcome Travel). Walk down the alley away from the street and take the first turning on the right. The guesthouse is then about 30 meters down on the left.
