I spent two days. The house is very nice, very warful, and very tiddy and clean. I spent this days very well, the owners are great!!! And indoubtly Lola is the best!!!!

The Riverhouse is ideally located in the most central area of Cardiff. Beside the Millennium Stadium, on the banks of the River Taff. In a quiet location, all major attractions are within short walking distance from our doorstep.
In our 120 year old Victorian townhouse, we invite our fellow travellers to relax to music while reading our many books, enjoy a film in our lounge and surf our super fast free wireless internet.
Our fully quipped kitchen is free for guests to indulge in some of their own home comforts.
The bathrooms are individual so you can lock the door behind you and have your own facilities in total privacy - just like home.
We appreciate the importance of clean facilities, so you will notice we will be cleaning all day long.

The River House is a wonderful place in a beautiful city and my stay couldn't have been better.
Charlie and Abi are doing a great job; I was treated extremely well upon arrival and everything was explained and the place was very clean.
I greatly enjoyed my time there (sadly I only stayed for two nights), but I will definitely be back again to Cardiff, and the River House Backpackers will be my first place to look for accommodation. I recommend it to everyone!!!!!

This was my first stay in a hostel, and it was absoultely excellent. It was better than staying in a hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the relaxed atmosphere allowed people to meet one another in a friendly manner. The breakfast was an excellent bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking by giving us a minimum of 48 hours notice by email only.
After this time you will be charged for the first night stay.
In the event of cancelling for a Friday or Saturday arrival we are entitled to charge the 1st and 2nd night as it is a 2 night minimum stay.
No refunds are made for early departures.

Directions
From the Central Train and Bus Station:
Walk straight ahead onto Wood Street, turn left and go over the bridge. Take an immediate right onto Fitzhamon Embankment.
We are the last house on the left facing the river and stadium.
If coming by Megabus :
From facing the Castle, turn left down Castle St, go over the Castle St Bridge, turn left onto Coldstream Terrace and follow the river dowm to Fitzhamon Embankment. We are on the right facing the river.
From Cardiff International Airport :
Take the X91 bus to the city centre or take a taxi which is 20 mins and should cost £25 approx.
