This is a Trusted Review. Why?
This hostel is in a really great location and is the cheapest I found in Toronto. However, it's really dirty (trash, dirt, alcohol bottles, food) and noisy. Many of the people there have been staying for a long time and have no intentions of seeing sights or sleeping. They are working and just getting drunk every single night while playing idiotic drinking games so loud that you won't sleep a wink.

Many of the people there have been staying for a long time and have no intentions of seeing sights or sleeping. They are working and just getting drunk every single night while playing idiotic drinking games so loud that you won't sleep a wink. They drink ALL night long- I woke up at 6 am one morning and came out of my room to a drunken guy who couldn't even speak properly let alone stand up.
If you want to party all night long into the morning like a 17-year-old then this place is for you. If you want to actually sleep and do your own thing and see sights and stay in a clean place you better book your stay somewhere else.
