Small deposit fee - We only ask that you provide us with a key deposit of £15 which will cover the cost of a replacement key should you lose it, if we feel it is appropriate. Any deposits held by us will be refunded after room inspection.

Convenient access to public transport – Bus stop is opposite the house, literally a minute away from the house. Buses 30 and 31 stops close by the campuses of Newcastle College, Newcastle University and Northumbria University

Highly secured – we have a live-in management team that is always around if help is needed, we have a wall secluding our building from the outside which offers enhanced sense of privacy and security.

Photo identification is required for check in. Accepted forms are a valid passport, national ID card or drivers license. Room check-in from 2pm, check-out is 10.30am unless by prior arrangement with the management.

The person on duty (Sarwar) was extremely helpful and courteous. Facilities were well maintained. A comfortable stay for the budget minded. Location is the only drawback with little dining available in the area.
