Coconut-golf apartment is located on the Indah puri resort on the Indonesian island of Batam (40 mins boat ride from Singapore) and is quite spectacular.

This apartment is set in an enviable position overlooking the ocean towards Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, set in the grounds of Indah Puri Golf resort. Sleeping a maximum of 9 guests in 3 bedrooms and having the comfort of your own maid to take care of all your cooking, cleaning and laundry. She will cook delicious Indonesian cuisine or prepare a barbeque, whichever you prefer. Air conditioning is provided throughout, as are mosquito nets should you prefer to fall asleep with the windows open listening to the sound of the ocean.

Designed by renowned architect Ronald Fream, this championship course is distinctive and offers superb greens and fairways that hug one of the most beautiful terrains on the island. It provides a challenging round whether amateur or professional, running parallel to the beach over the manicured landscape. The resort offers plenty of activities to keep you busy when not playing golf. You can unwind with a traditional massage or work out in the gymnasium, play tennis, swim in the pools and or simply enjoy the beautiful beaches and ocean. The Clubhouse is a 5 minute stroll from the apartment and has stunning views over the golf course and surrounding countryside. They serve a variety of delicious Western and Asian food, all very competitively priced.

Away from the resort Batam also has much to offer, whether its bargains to be picked up at the large shopping malls and local markets or for a cultural day out visit the Vietnamese camp where many Vietnamese took refuge during the war and made Batam their home. You can take a trip south over the many bridges constructed to join this small part of the Indonesian Archipelago or relax on one of the many beaches with a cool, freshly plucked coconut.

Batam is a 40 minute boat ride from neighbouring Singapore where many airlines operate.
