About B&B Caterina
Our comfortable B&B is situated in the centre of Pisa, a few metres from the central Station of Pisa and from the main shopping streets of the city.
The B&B Caterina offers its guests a pleasant family atmosphere. We can offer our guests 3 large, comfortable rooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which is for exclusive use, all equipped with air conditioning and TV.
The Breakfast and also the cleaning of the room are obviously included in the price. The breakfast is served at the historical "Bar La Loggia", in front of the B&B. We can arrage for you taxi service, to go and return from the International airport, at the price of 8 Euros per person. We suggest you to call us by phone to ask us for this service.
A a few meters away you will find small markets, typical restaurants and pizzerias where you can taste our famous and characteristic kitchen! We are only a few minutes far from Pisa International Airport and railway station, from "Santa Chiara" and "Cisanello" hospitals, from "San Rossore" clinic, C.N.R. (National Researche Council) and Pisa University.

How to reach us:
From the airport: Follow the signs for the station FFSS.
The B&B is located in Via Cesare Battisti, civic number 3, next to the 'Bar Gambrinus'.
From the Central railway station: The B&B is located at the civic number 3, in “Via Cesare Battisti”, located in front of the station. The B&B is next to the Bar Gambrinus (on the left side of the road).
From A12 - S.g.c. FI - PI - LI: exit 'SS Aurelia' Pisa Centre. At the first traffic light take a detour right Via Conte Fazio following signs for the station FFSS.
At the second traffic lights, turn right into the street Via Cesare Battisti and continue until the third traffic lights without beyond it.
You can find the B&B at number 3, on the left side of the road, next to the 'Bar Gambrinus'.
Upon request, we can organize taxi service for our customers, at the price of 3 Euro per person.

At our arrival there were nobody from the B&B at the building, some guests opened the door and had to ring the owner to receive us. The people who finally came did not have change for being paid so we had to go out for getting change.
In the morning we were not able to get our breakfast, which was included in the price and was supposed to be served in Bar Gambrinus, close to the B&B. The waiter there told that there was no agreement with the B&B for serving breakfast. As we had not enough time to discuss, since we had a train to catch, we did not have breakfast and had to pay for it at the airport.
To sum up, a complete chaos of management. The only positive points were the location close to the train station and the price.

I was sooooo dissapointed it is NOT a B&B or an hostel, just an empty apartment (decent, but not more) in a almost emptier building.
location is kind of ok, but i didn't feel very save when I arrived late in the night.
They should make sure that it is NOT the idea of B&B that everybody has.
